Disinfectant Sprayer Cord

Trying to create a functioning disinfectant sprayer. I've created the backpack and the sprayer but I'm not sure on how to rig the cord that connects the two. YouTube videos haven't been that much help. So any tips would be greatly appreciated

Autodesk Maya 2018. I tried uploading pictures but they would go through and I don't see a button that allows me to post them to you.

The only way images will show up in the forums is if you host them on one of those free image hosting services and then link to it. Uploading directly seems to get blocked.
