Decal Machine

I recently installed Decal Machine and whenever i create 1 or 2 decal machine and got to create another one, the panel is like this(Image Attached)

Why is This happening.

The image didn't show up. Also, you will probably get better results posting to a Blender-specific forum. Or contact the Decal Machine creator.
