Recommendations for CGTrader

i think the search engine needs a lot of improvements, the score system is inadequate to rank products and feels like a 4 years old solution instead of a practical system that has many factors, the freelance section is a waste of time, starting another website for freelance work is much better than keeping it part of CGT.

as a native speaker of Arabic, i don't know why CGT still ignores the idea of an Arabic version based on location, hell i can even help in that, there is more than 422 millions Arabic speakers in 22 Arab countries many of them are the wealthiest and are opening up to the world of 3d for commercial and educational purposes.

CGT you guys need to innovate and move forward, stagnation is the death of any company.

Compared to the competing sites I don't think CGT has anymore problems, possibly less. Biggest problem across the 3D stock industry is falling prices. At this rate everything will be $20 in a few years.

The only problem specific to CGT seems to be Wildcat, I don't hear many good things about this. The simple solution is not to take part in it.

I think that cgtraider have a very weird search.
You can try to find a bee or a cat or some else and it will be such a stupid result, in search there will be models that have nothing to do with what you try find.
The main problem is that it definitely affects all sales on the "cgtraider". It's just incredibly difficult and inconvenient to find what you need, you have to sit and sort through a bunch of garbage.
And then when you get tired , you will go to another marketplace where the search is good and gives you what you are looking for

The problem is already some years old, and the support service knows about it all this time, but nothing changes ...

Probably it is not problem rather recommendation. I would remove (or I would like to have possibility) to remove STL (contact for availability) from the list of available format.
I have already read negative rating (at another artist) about missing of STL file (probablz didn't read the "contact for availability".
I suppose that CGT doesn't do this conversion (because it is not always easy) and I (as an artists) also not.

Or other recommendation - ability to add text at the end of description of all my products:
for example this one: "IMPORTANT NOTE: Model is NOT suitable for 3D printing and is NOT suitable for usage in applications like Tinkercad.com".

Missing 2FA. We sell files in this place. Just imagine, if someone add malicious code to one of my project its very bad for my costumer, and also for me because its spoils my reputation. I think 2FA even if its email based are the minimum protection in 2021.
