Your rendered pictures / videos / films you can sell since they are a "commercial project" then as the license description says but not the models ("products") you bought for production of them of course.

(Quotation: "Royalty Free License allows you to use the product without the need to pay royalties or other license fees for multiple uses, per volume sold, or some time period of use or sales. Products published with this licence may not be sold, given, or assigned to another person or entity in the form it is downloaded from the site, but can be used in your commercial projects multiple times after paying for it just once.")

It's also written in paragraph 21.2. in the "General Terms and Conditions".

No, you can't do that. You must own all content that you're submitting to shutterstock. To learn more about it, go and read shutterstock's terms of service: https://www.shutterstock.com/contributorsupport/articles/en_US/kbat02/000006656?l=en_US

But he would have the right on his rendered picture then (not the original content) he bought. Otherwise you would need to own also all objects in a scenery you photographed if you upload a photograph????

On shutterstock it says:
"You must own or control the copyright to all content you submit to Shutterstock. This means that you cannot submit work obtained from other sources (e.g., online image search results or websites), or incorporate such work into your content submissions, unless you have permission to do so."

Well, according to cgtrader terms he has the right to do so for rendered images if the objects he uses are under "royality free license".

You can use renderings of obtained 3D objects in works where you are not required to own those models, but it's not the case with stock images. If you have doubts, i suggest you to contact shutterstock and ask them about that, i'm sure they will be glad to explain you everything.

I actually don't bother since am not selling images. But as I understand the shutterstock rules you can "incorporate" other work into your images if you have permission. So jakrapongch should ask them then about this issue.

If you have written permission from the owner, then yes sure, but buying models from cgtrader, or from somewhere else, does not give you such permission by default.

thank you very much for you guys.

On shutterstock it says:
"You must own or control the copyright" .....if i bought it. its mean i can control the copyright already?

however. i will try to asking permission from owner for this case.

No, if you bought a model, that certainly doesn't mean that you now own or control the copyright. It's the author/owner of the models who does it. You can read about copyright in simple terms here: https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright As i said already, just contact shutterstok and they will explain you what you can and what you CAN'T to sell on their marketplace - there's no need to guessing.

Royalty Free License permits use in stock photography. If the author sells his 3D models under this license, then he also gives permission for this and no separate permission is needed.

"General Terms and Conditions".
21.2. The Buyer’s license to Product in this paragraph is strictly limited to Incorporated Product. Any use or republication, including sale or distribution of Product that is not Incorporated Product is strictly prohibited. For illustration, approved distribution or use of Product as Incorporated Product includes, but is not limited to:

- as rendered still images or moving images; resold as part of a feature film, broadcast, or stock photography;

The discussion is not about what's allowed by cgtrader's license, but what's allowed by stock images marketplace's license. The fact that you can render an image of purchased model, does not mean that you also can publish it on stock images marketplace for sale.

Shutterstock requires the author's permission to publish a rendered image from a 3D model. The author gives such permission by selling his 3d models under a license, which says that it is allowed to use "as rendered still images or moving images; resold as part of a feature film, broadcast, or stock photography;"
