I have the same problem. The site support hasn't responded for about 3 weeks

I'm creating this topic because I haven't been able to get a response from the CGTrader support team for quite some time.
I've sent multiple emails over the past few weeks, and I sent another follow up email today. However, none of my previous emails have received a response.
I've been selling on CGTrader for approximately 5–6 years, and this is honestly the first time I've experienced something like this. In the past, the support team always replied within 2 or 3 days at most, so I'm genuinely confused about what has changed.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, or does anyone know of another way to reach the support team?
Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.

It's same here, i connected my payoneer account (seems succesful in payoneer) but there is awarning "Payout problem: Connect Payoneer and submit agreement for review".
Can't receive my payments for about a month now. I'm waiting for their answer about 3 weeks. I don't know what to do.
