I have the same problem. The site support hasn't responded for about 3 weeks
Hello everyone,
I'm creating this topic because I haven't been able to get a response from the CGTrader support team for quite some time.
I've sent multiple emails over the past few weeks, and I sent another follow up email today. However, none of my previous emails have received a response.
I've been selling on CGTrader for approximately 5–6 years, and this is honestly the first time I've experienced something like this. In the past, the support team always replied within 2 or 3 days at most, so I'm genuinely confused about what has changed.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, or does anyone know of another way to reach the support team?
Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

It's same here, i connected my payoneer account (seems succesful in payoneer) but there is awarning "Payout problem: Connect Payoneer and submit agreement for review".
Can't receive my payments for about a month now. I'm waiting for their answer about 3 weeks. I don't know what to do.
And I have the same problem.. The same absolute ignore

Is support even responding to anyone? What's going on? I've had this issue since June 29th!! There's no answer - I create new questions - they just get closed without answers!
A couple of days ago I received a response from customer support. They solved my problem
I have the same problem. Contacted customer service 11 days ago and no response at all from them.
6 weeks with no answer, i don't think there's much hope with this site anymore.
Same here. Last thing I sent to them vanished into the ether. They probably only have a couple of people in their little office now. If they are scalping our royalties so much, it must be because they are strapped for cash, so no doubt staff levels are low. Expect things to degrade even further as they spiral down the drain.
I know that this topic was originally created around three months ago, but unfortunately, the same issue seems to be happening again. This time, it concerns a different support request, and I have once again been unable to receive a response from CGTrader Support.
I have now been waiting for 14 days for a response. For a new request. I honestly do not know what is causing these delays, but it is quite disappointing to experience this again.
I have been using CGTrader for 6 years, Normally, I would receive a reply within a week at most.
What makes the situation even more confusing is that after waiting around 9 days without any response, I submitted another support request in case my original request had simply been overlooked. That request was marked as “Solved” without any response or explanation. I submitted another request afterwards, and the same thing happened again. This was repeated several times.
I genuinely do not understand whether someone is actually reviewing these requests before marking them as “Solved”, because the issue itself has not been addressed.
I also cannot help but wonder whether the response time would be the same if I were contacting support because I wanted to purchase a Boost or another paid service. I am not saying this as an accusation, but after waiting this long, it is difficult not to wonder.
My request was actually quite simple. I only wanted to report customers who had forgotten to finalize their projects and ask for assistance in getting those projects completed. Unfortunately, at this point, it seems that I simply have to wait for the customers to finalize their projects themselves.
I completely understand that the support team can be busy and that some requests may take longer than others. However, receiving no response for 14 days, while repeated requests are simply marked as “Solved”, is genuinely difficult to understand.
I hope someone from CGTrader can take a look at this and clarify what is happening. I have been here for 6 years and have always valued the platform, so I sincerely hope this is simply an issue that has been overlooked and can be resolved.
