About the buyer rating issue

Hello. I have been seeing something strange in the buyer rating displays for days. Last week it suddenly became 102, then dropped to 92. It is now 82. But the strangeness continues, new rates are not being added. Today 6 rates came but the rate count is still 82. What is going on?
