I am writing to formally report a serious issue affecting my seller account and transactions on the CGTrader platform. The situation suggests either a critical system malfunction or improper transaction handling.
1) Sales notifications with zero credited funds
I have received multiple sale notifications for my models, yet my account balance shows no corresponding credited funds and no payout amounts have been added for these transactions.
This is not an acceptable discrepancy. If a sale is confirmed and a buyer is charged, the seller’s account must be credited in accordance with the platform’s payout rules and the applicable agreement.
2) Severe pricing discrepancy — premium model sold for $50 instead of $999
Additionally, my premium model listed at USD 999 was apparently sold for USD 50, and this occurred twice.
This is an extreme and unjustified price deviation. I did not authorize any discounts, price overrides, promotions, coupons, or price changes that would reduce the price from $999 to $50, particularly not for a high-value asset. The platform shows these as completed sales while I have received not even a single cent from either transaction.
3) Potential breach of seller agreement / consumer transaction integrity
This raises serious concerns including (but not limited to):
incorrect transaction settlement / missing revenue allocation,
unauthorized discounting or price manipulation,
