Updating 3dprint files doesn´t work

Hi,

I have some troubles updating my 3dprintable files. I´ve deleted the old ones and uploaded my new file (both *.STL and *.WRL(for multicolor sandstone)). I´ve waited about 30min. now but the model won´t update. The 3d-view of my model is still the old one, the same for the dimensions and price.

Any suggestions? : /

It happened to me a couple of times. Just get in touch with the support crew, they'll fix your problem quickly.

Thanks, I´ve updated Grumpy Cat and Sad Owl. But I will update some of the other models,too.

Oh, and could you also take a look why the 3d viewer isn´t showing my textured(*.wrl) model.
All my 3d views are showing the non textured *.stl file
