Not reading codes

Hi All

I recently purchased a model from gtc and downloaded the files. i then as normal used Creality cura slicing programme to load them on SD card, i currently use a Creality CRS 10-Pro printer, for some reason my printer will not read the codes, the codes are on the SD card but don`t show on my printer,
