you have interesting models, few recommendations: i think the price of your buildings is a little high, a lot of your models also have only 1-2 renderings, you should probably have a minimum of 5. Also add in wireframe images so buyers can see how they model was made. It also looks like the models are originally made in Sketchup, I would probbaly place that into the description because they geometry/meshes change when the sketchup model gets brough into max and that might not be desired.
