Because very little original documentation of the FCM F4 has survived, these models are based on a historical reconstruction using available sources, French armored design principles of the era, and visual elements shared with vehicles such as the FCM 36, the Char B1 bis, and the FCM F1.

FCM F4 Version A

The reconstructed single-turret variant, armed with a 75 mm gun. This version represents the most conservative interpretation of the project and serves as the foundation for the other variants.

FCM F4 Version D

A dual-turret configuration featuring the same main 75 mm turret as Version A, complemented by a secondary turret inspired by the Somua S35 and armed with a 47 mm gun. This version reflects the multi-turret design philosophy still present in some French armored concepts of the period.

FCM F4 Version E

A fictional alternate-history variant imagining the continuation of the FCM heavy tank program beyond 1940. Equipped with two main turrets, each mounting a 90 mm gun, it represents an extreme and experimental interpretation of French super-heavy tank development.
