The FCM F4 version A is a French heavy tank project dating from the late 1930s and early 1940s, developed within the context of French research on breakthrough tanks capable of penetrating fortified lines. Weighing 55 tons, measuring 7.52 meters long and 2.90 meters wide, it follows in the footsteps of heavy tank concepts developed by FCM before the fall of France in 1940.

This single-turret version, equipped with a 75 mm gun, has a particularly atypical silhouette, reminiscent of a blend of the FCM 36, the Char B1 bis, and the FCM F1. It notably features the sloping and angular lines characteristic of FCM armored vehicles, combined with a massive architecture reminiscent of French heavy tanks of the period.

Since most of the original plans for the FCM F4 have now been lost or are fragmentary, the project presented here is a historical and artistic reconstruction based on the few known documents, the French industrial practices of the time, and the stylistic elements of other armored vehicles designed by FCM.

This 3D model was designed for printing and use at a 1:100 scale, but can easily be enlarged for other scales or for collecting, diorama, or play purposes. Models are for both FDM and SLA.
