Here are my 3D STL Files to print your own Arc Reactor that looks similiar to the movies, but is ultra thin & lightweight for comfort!

I've made tweaks so its simple to assemble via M3 screws, all snap parts include printing tolerances, and a specially designed rear mount ring that holds 5050 SMD LEDs in the best placement for optimal cosplay lighting that is disperses evenly across the sctructure! Pro tip: you may want to play with infill types / densities to get optimal light dispersion in the ring depending upon filament / printer settings.
