Make this epic TV Window / Port yourself with these Frame Files. I built my TV into the wall, but for those TV's that stick out from the wall, you'd just want to frame it out (add 2x4s / Trim / Drywall Etc to bump it out to be flush with the TV). This frame also has a 3/8” Steel Bar as a bumper (keeps carts / etc from getting close to the TV) and it also looks cool.
If you don’t want the bar, you can just invert the upper Frame (from your Slicer) so it works down below. For the Vents, you’ll want to slice with ZERO top layers and ZERO bottom layers with 6-ish walls / shell layers, and then run hexagonal infill at around 10% to 20% (Choose which look you like best) this will produce a cool vent style that will allow IR to pass through to control the TV still and allows for convection ventilation of the TV to keep it cool.
This includes the cord port panel and cord guide, for the cords to come out of the TV into a computer box that I designed. If you don’t want this, just print another plain panel and route your HDM / Power cables elsewhere!
The 55 / 65 / 75 preceding the file names are for THAT size TV. So the 75... files are for the 75" TV etc. The files without the number, are used across sizes as those don't change.
