Seraph Blade Sword - Shadowhunters - 3D printable 3D print model
Description
This is a 3D Model intended for 3d printing - The photos are not representations of a physical product that can be shipped. You are purchasing digital files only!
Sword sliced into parts as shown in graphic. Unsliced sword also included. I am happy to slice the model into smaller sections, depending on your 3d printer volume.
This is a Seraph Blade, as seen in the Shadowhunters tv show on Hulu. This model has been made 1:1 scale with the TV prop, so no scaling is needed. Overall size is approximately 740mm.
PRINTER SETTINGS: To save time in post processing, we reccommend a layer height of .1mm an any FDM printer (0.2mm will save on print time, but be lower quality). We recommend orienting the parts vertically on your printer, and use supports where necessary.
ASSEMBLY: The sword has been modeled to break into three sections. Each section joins to the next with a pair of hex keys (included). Some sanding of the keys may be required for fitting, depending on your printer and settings.

just bought how much infill and what type do you recommend

For swords, I normally do at least 20% gyroid infill. You can do higher infill if you want it to be stronger.
For the hex keys, I would print those at 100%

Do you buy the actual sword or just the template and print it yourself?

This is a 3D model that you can download and then print yourself. I broke it up into sections to make printing and alignment easier for those that want to take on this diy prop project. Thank you for your comment!
