Layshaft parts including slipper pads (TM12), layshaft (LA55) and LAW4 which was an optional splined drive hub with one way bearing. Window Masks on PDF also included in these files. All of these parts have been measured with a digital vernier caliper and recreated here for those with the equipment and tools to be able to replicate. I cannot promise theyre perfect so I would make a test piece first and check bearing fit etc, before you commit to running a few off the machine. I don't yet have a 5 axis cnc and im willing to bet a very few people reading this will have so ill leave it up to you whether you want to give it a go. I have inlcuded the template of the slipper pads so if you need to cut yourself some from a sheet of material the included PDF file is what you will want or you can maybe use the STEP file or STL for your lazer engraver and cut yourself some pads?I have included drawings of all the other parts too incase you have the experience and the machinery to create these parts from them. The spline drive on LAW4, LA6 and LA7 has 10 grooves equally spaced.I believe the one way roller bearings for LAW4 and LA7 are 8mm OD, 4mm ID and 7mm wide or 6mm wide will probably also do. These bearings are supposed to be a tight press fit.Feel free to download and share these files, create the parts and sell or give them out if you're that generous!
