DESCRIPTION

This is an Exhaust header flange I modelled from 3D SCAN data of a VW 07K 2.5L 5 cylinder engine (Specifically from a 2009 VW Beetle).

This has been 3D printed and fits perfectly for header design purposes.

Notes:

  1. Port size has been increased to match the OEM gasket size for port matching the head.
  2. Port size has been matched to 1.68" ID Weld Elbow for fabrication
  3. A recess is modelled in the flange for Weld Elbow placement during fabrication
