Material Optimization & Part-Specific Instructions:

Cylinders (100mm height / 12mm diameter): To save filament without compromising strength, use 3 wall perimeters and 10-12% Infill (Gyroid). To ensure a flawless finish at the top, use 100% fan cooling.

Vertical Pins: For maximum durability and safety, use 5-6 Wall Perimeters. This makes the pins nearly solid. A 5mm Brim is required to keep them stable during printing.

Painting: Use non-toxic, water-based acrylic paints to fill the recessed grooves. This is a great way to teach children about colors and gradients.
