Print Settings & Manufacturing Instructions:To achieve the best quality and ensure the 2mm clearances work perfectly, please follow these guidelines:
Vertical Printing: All shapes (cylinders, parallelograms, etc.) and pins MUST be printed vertically (upright). This ensures the smoothest surface finish for sliding and keeps the painting grooves crisp.
Bed Adhesion: Due to the 100mm height and slim profiles, a 5–8 mm Brim is mandatory. This prevents the models from wobbling or tipping over as the printer reaches the top layers.
Supports: NONE. This model is 100% optimized for support-free printing.
Material: PLA (High-quality non-toxic filament recommended).
Layer Height: 0.2 mm.
Cooling: 100% fan speed. For the best results, print multiple shapes at once to allow layers sufficient time to cool.
Shapes: Use 3 wall perimeters and 10-12% Infill (Gyroid). This makes them sturdy enough for play while saving significant plastic.
Connector Pins: Use 6 wall perimeters to make the vertical supports nearly solid and highly resistant to breaking.
