Why do large files always fail to upload?

I always try to upload 4K textures zip files, but they fail to upload even though I have a decent Wi-Fi speed. What could be the problem?

I am having the same problem but not with 100 mb but with 600 mb, 1 gb and above uploads. I have to upload again. If you find a solution, please share it with us.
