Sharing that on the Internet might lead to Identity Fraude due to hacks so why do I have to take such a huge risk ? I live in the Netherlands and pay and receive money from buying or selling using Paypal and the never have asked me for that. VAT is payed by the buyer and not the seller and, as said, sharing my PIN is very, very risky ......
