It has been 60 days since CGT-Buyer purchased my models, and I still haven’t received any payment.
I understand that these buyers are affiliated with CGTrader, which is why I’m a bit concerned about the long delay. I’ve double-checked my payment details and everything is correct.

I'm in the same situation. I contacted support. This is what they told me:
"At this time, we’re unable to transfer your earnings because we have not yet received payment from the buyer. As soon as the payment is received on our end, we will process your payout on the next available payout Wednesday. We fully expected to receive it before the holidays but it seems that, as much as we would have liked to credit it this year, we will have to wait until January.
We truly apologize for this delay and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve it. If you have any more questions or concerns in the meantime, please let me know."
What happens when you don't pay your electricity or heating bill to the utilities company? They charge you a late fee. Perhaps either CGT or the buyer should pay a late fee to the artist.
They should pay because the buyer downloaded the files, so if he had access to the models, we are entitled to receive them! In my case it was almost $200 from just a buyer... unfair not to receive it, and I agree! We should be added to the delay.
