I'm in the same situation. I contacted support. This is what they told me:
"At this time, we’re unable to transfer your earnings because we have not yet received payment from the buyer. As soon as the payment is received on our end, we will process your payout on the next available payout Wednesday. We fully expected to receive it before the holidays but it seems that, as much as we would have liked to credit it this year, we will have to wait until January.
We truly apologize for this delay and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve it. If you have any more questions or concerns in the meantime, please let me know."
