Is this site even capable of handling subscriptions properly?

Discussion started by mdet

Hi everyone,

Today is August 15. My subscription expired yesterday, August 14. Nothing is renewing. The only thing I see is this message:

"Your access will remain active until August 14, 2026. You won't be charged again after this date."

Seriously? How is that even possible?

At this point, I genuinely have to ask — what kind of platform is this? You can't even process a subscription correctly the first time around. It took us three days just to get the subscription set up in the first place. And now, after all that, it won't even renew.

I canceled auto-renewal because even that doesn't work properly on this site. So now I'm stuck. No subscription, no way to renew, and a message that makes absolutely no sense.

Is everything done manually here? Did someone forget that customers actually pay for this service?

This is honestly ridiculous. A platform that can't handle subscriptions shouldn't be offering them in the first place.

If anyone else has had similar issues, please share — I'd love to know if this is a widespread problem or just my luck.

What year is this? What are you even talking about? The subscription charges your account monthly, and yet the message still says: "Your access will remain active until August 14, 2026." And that's it. I already canceled, the subscription was terminated... but the system stubbornly insists that August 14 hasn't arrived yet. Even after cancellation, I can't just buy models normally — the download button still shows as "available via subscription." This is truly top-tier. I've never seen anything like this before. People are ready to pay, but the site owner can't seem to take their money ))) On top of that, there's no support here — and now this. Just lol.

You should read the terms more carefully. There's a 45‑day cancellation window — if you cancel within that time, you don't have to wait a full year. It's clearly stated in the rules, which you probably skipped.

Let me repeat this one more time in case you're still confused about what's actually happening.

I subscribed, used it for 30 days, and canceled. The cancellation went through successfully, and I'm well within the 45‑day period — unlike you.

The real issue is different: the site for some reason still thinks August 14 hasn't passed. So it won't reset the quotas, and I can't renew or keep using the service even though I'm ready to pay

Hello! I just wanted to confirm that you were able to cancel your subscription within the 45-day cancellation window. The reason I am asking is that although it is stated in the FAQ, I was not able to find it explicitly stated in the Terms and Conditions. That worried me and so I have twice contacted support asking for clarification on this point but have received no answer. At this point I'm beginning to suspect there is no actual support provision in this site beyond what the automated ai chat can offer. So since you already have some experience on the matter (not a very good one from what you've posted) I could use your help. I don't want to subscribe, try to cancel within the grace period only to find out that they charge me with early-cancellation penalty. Thank you very much in advance!

I tried to cancel my subscription, but the system froze and I couldn't cancel it. As a result, thanks to the site's fault and the nonexistent support, I ended up subscribing for a whole year. That's my personal experience — it won't necessarily happen to you. But I have all the evidence of a possible glitch in this site's subscription system. Since buying models through the subscription still works for me at the moment, I'll leave things as they are for now. But you should definitely be aware of this. And yes, there's practically no real support here — some guy replies by email after about a month. That's not how a normal support system should work.
