Checked mine, dont see any discrepancy between monthly summary and payments for the last 3 months
I would insist on checking your sales balances, especially the "Monthly Summary" and "Payments" boxes. I've been observing irregularities. Despite having more sales, I don't see this increase. Even after seeing an increase the next day, these figures were reduced. I have no "refunds." There are two options: staff who have been dismissed is stealing our income, or the platform has been hacked. If not, I'm waiting for an explanation.

Despite this being the most alarmingly slow month for me in sales since I started with CGTrader almost 8 years ago, I don't see any discrepancy between the summary and payments. I did contact the Help desk regarding this week's payment, though. It is showing up as paid, but the Hyperwallet ID is showing 0, and no payment has arrived yet. Since this has never happened before, I was just a little concerned about how unusual it is. I'm sure it will get corrected.
