I can t figure out what ID number CGTrader is asking.

I've been entering my ID card number fully and they keep saying its not good.
I have this message "Payout problem: Please state your card number as identification number."
I am a french citizen and have only a ID card, no passeport.
What can i do?

In general as European citizen: I am wagering a lawsuit since they’re either asking for information that’s ILLEGAL as a mandatory field or for information that plainly doesn’t exist outside of the USA. And they haven’t offered a way out of this mess before locking payments.
I am furious to say the least.
