I am angry because 15 of my models have been suspended without reason, and I would like to know why. I tried contacting Emily via the internal messaging system but received no reply. Has CGTrader turned into a ghost ship?

@LemonadeCG Sounds like your attempts are more current than mine. Very weird that they stopped responding. Like I have stated before; I think they are preparing for selling it, and so they might be cutting down costs (including personnel, perhaps) and trying to boost revenue. Might explain why they launched the subscription and currently are pushing it.
For real they are stupid af, they just suspended my models in which i was selling cave rocks, like what
CGTrader rejects my 7 models.
They still haven't responded to the email I sent on June 18, 2026. Some of my model images are missing. I'm wondering what's going on.
Here's what I've learned on this topic:
If you are experiencing unusually long wait times for support or sudden model suspensions, you are definitely not alone. Here is a quick breakdown of what is currently causing the chaos on CGTrader:
Massive Ticket Backlog: Due to major backend and policy shifts, the support team is completely overwhelmed. Turnaround times for tickets have jumped from a few days to 7–14 business days.
Aggressive AI/Automated Filters: CGTrader has implemented strict automated screening bots to comply with new search engine/content guidelines. Unfortunately, these bots are frequently misfiring, causing completely safe models to be flagged or suspended, forcing hundreds of designers to flood the support system with appeals.
Algorithm & UI Updates: Ongoing structural changes to the search algorithm and store dashboards are causing temporary glitches, like missing product images or sudden drops in search visibility.
A Quick Tip: Avoid submitting new tickets or constantly bumping your existing ones. CGTrader’s ticketing system pushes your request to the very back of the queue every time a new reply is added. Hang tight, they will eventually get to it!
The situation looks very very sad.... This morning I got a message telling me about my other suspended models due to adult content. Those models are robots and have absolutely nothing that can be considered as adult content. I also have impression that there Is almost nobody left here . I also send a message some time ago and never got a reply
I can't reach CGTrader's support anymore either.
This crazy analysis tool or (AI) must have made a mistake during the scan!
So I clicked the “Appeal” button on the models page, and then I was told that each of the suspended models had allegedly posted adult (NSFW) content, lol!

Thank you for reaching out. We understand the suspension might be unexpected, especially for models that have been on the marketplace for a long time.
As part of an ongoing content review, we recently updated our standards around adult and suggestive material.
These changes are largely driven by requirements from major platforms CGTrader depends on (including Google and other search engines), which require us to be stricter about certain types of content to remain compliant.
As a result, a number of models were suspended for containing content that no longer meets our current guidelines.
If you believe your model was suspended by mistake, please use the appeal button on your model's page.
To appeal:
Visit your models page: https://www.cgtrader.com/profile/models
Find the suspended model
Click the Appeal button next to it
Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the model will be reinstated automatically.
If the suspension is upheld, the decision is final.
NOTE: Our support team is not able to review or action suspension appeals submitted via email or support tickets - replying to this message or opening a new ticket will not speed up or initiate a review.

I also got some unrelated suspended models.. It's funny that the AI until yesterday was stealing models everywhere to "train" itself is now removing all the original models, which, of course, have nothing to do with the claims. If it wasn't funny, it would be sad..
cgtrader's AI regularly deletes my carrots, mushrooms, or even croissants, calling these models "sexual in nature." I wrote to support, and some of the models were restored. However, their very strange AI continues to delete my zucchini and radishes. cgtrader's AI has very funny sexual preferences, but this is starting to get annoying.
The Your Downloads statistic is also gone so we can't even check that anymore. Also removing models from Subscription is a mess and not clear how to make it permanent
Some of my models were suspended recently with claims such as stolen content, nudity, violence, or IP infringement. After I contacted support, the models were restored. However, some of them have now been suspended again, this time as “NSFW.”
The problem is that these are not NSFW models. One of them is an armchair model. Another is an axe model for a game asset. There is no nudity, no adult content, and nothing that should reasonably fall under an NSFW category.
This makes the moderation process feel completely automated and unreliable. It looks like models are being flagged by an AI system or automated algorithm without proper manual review. When a creator’s original work is suspended, we are not given a clear explanation, a specific problematic part, or any evidence. We are just expected to accept the decision and open a support ticket.(I must say that my support request was review very fast, like in 1 hour my models were restored. this was last week.- I think I was lucks after reading your frustrations on support)
This is not a small issue. Many of us have spent years building our portfolios here. These suspensions directly affect our income, visibility, and trust in the platform. First, seller earnings were reduced, and now original models can be repeatedly suspended based on vague or incorrect automated flags.
CGTrader needs to explain what is happening with its moderation system.
