Why I am not getting any confirmation e-mails from cg trader?

So I want to change my username so I changed and it asked for conformation in my gmail. But there is not messaged in my gmail I checked my gmail address and it was correct but still I am not getting it.
Please tell me what to do.

Be patient. They always reply within about 2 days. Keep in mind they are in Lithuania. They also may have a different holiday schedule in that country. If they don't reply within 2 days send another email. I've never had any trouble getting a hold of them.
