There is!!! but it's better try outside india. Because india treats VFX as a side element. India focuses more on comedy movies, action drama and social drama. And also showcasing superstars. In india VFX is just addon to bring attention towards the superstar, not the movie. VFX artist has no voice in indian film industry, you will be just an addon for the film industry, so is shortage of fund they might cancel VFX.
