I'm posting from a different account because I can no longer access my main account, ProutPet.
Today I discovered that all of my models had been removed and I am unable to log in. When I try to access my Hyperwallet account, I receive a message stating that the account has been suspended.
I have been an active seller on CGTrader since 2021 and have built up a portfolio of 143 projects with a 5-star rating. As far as I am aware, I have not violated any CGTrader rules. All of the models I sell are created by me, and I do not upload stolen, copyrighted, or third-party content.
I would appreciate any information regarding the reason for the suspension and what steps I can take to resolve the issue. If this is a mistake or requires verification from my side, I am ready to provide any necessary information.
