The expected input file was not found

Discussion started by cp-mosely

Has anyone come across this issue in wildcat? When I upload a zip of an fbx and textures for an assignment. I get this error message - the expected input file (uid).fbx was not found. When I download the fbx myself I have no issues with the fbx. Is there a specific issue that will cause this error?

I figured out it was a simple error. You can't have any of the files nested in folders when you compress them. I compressed a folder containing all the textures and fbx and it gave me this error. Instead II just selected all the files in the folder and compressed those. After I did that it worked correctly.
