The document provided is invalid

Hi!

I'm new to CGTraider. On the Payment Agreement page I filled all the fields and attached a photo of my passport's first page and was waiting for it to get validated. I got this today "Payout problem: the document provided is invalid".

Is it something to do with the photo? Does it need to be photo scanned?
I can't edit it for a month. If i do some freelance work before fixing it, will I get paid once it is fixed?
