Score of 3.8 when it should be 8

Hello everyone, new here. I have uploaded two models: a grill with a score of 7.6 and a microwave scoring 8.4, but the problem is that my average is score is now 3.8 when it should be 8. Its like if it is dividing 7.6 / 2 = 3.8, without suming the microwave score. Could it be a bug of the page or is it that I should wait? thank you for your response.
