royalty free include 3d prints?

sorry this is probably a noob question but I just wanted to make sure I was under standing this right but does the royalty free license include the selling of 3D prints?

like if I bought a $40 model I could sell 3d prints of it in my shop as long as I don't sell the actual file?

and for crediting the artist would i just use there name or username?
