Ratio of the preview pictures

I'm new to cgtrader and my previews at 1920 x 1080 pixels at a 16:9 ratio have a white bar below them.

I'd like to know which is the ratio, or preferred resolution of the previews, thanks.

Oddly enough, preview ratio is a bit different in various places of CGTrader, but i found that ratio 27:20 works best for me, i.e. width of your picture should be 1.35 times greater than height.
