How long does it take for a publication (product) to be approved?
I made a work of a sculpture of an angel that has been pending for about 10 hours and has no explicit nudity in it.

Probably has a tag that triggered the system, so moderators have to check it first.

If model is uploaded today, it will be approved on monday because support doesn't work on the weekends, although sometimes they do, but its usually monday.

CGTrader keeps a close eye on newly created models to ensure that no inappropriate models reach the marketplace. Pending models are usually approved within a day, however weekends might take longer.
