Thanks for reaching out.

If your Payment agreement is verified, collected royalties will be paid until the 20th day of the following month. For example, royalties collected over January are paid until the 20th day of February.

Please note that to receive payments via Wire transfer or Webmoney, you need to have at least $200 in royalties before we make payments to your account. Once you reach the limit of $200, your payment will be made until the 20th day of the following month.

Please contact support team via  support@cgtrader.com. They will advise you on reasoning behind your models suspension.
