Hello ! as a performer, I want to find out how it is done here ,in terms of the final finished file is sent after you pay for your order or before you pay for your work?

Yes, that's right, you will be paid once per month at abouth 20th. I think if you write to support, you can ask that payments could be arranged on weekly basis.
If you can't, or don't want to use paypal, or payoneer and choose wire transfer instead, then unfortunately there's minimum amount of $200 you have to collect before getting payed.
No, paymaent is collected by cgtrader and then payed to you together with royalties. I suggest you to contact the support and ask for proper explanation how commissioned projects works here, otherwise you're risking to loose your money.
