Hi there, I am new to CGtrader. I filled out my payment details about one-two weeks ago, but it still says "pending for review" in the settings. How long does this process take?

Submitted payment agreements are being reviewed within 1-2 weeks. Your payment agreement has been reviewed and confirmed.

hi i use this thread to try to get in contact with an admin. i already wrote to the support but i dont get an answer since two weeks.
i had to update my payment agreement, because i moved, got a new tax number etc. and since several weeks nothing changed. how long does a new review take?
