Not showing online

I found that cgtrader clients are not showing who is online while posting the project in the chat previously we can see the green light icon. But from some past days we cannot see client is online or not? Please check this issue and resolve it.
Also the client messages are not updatng on the site when we are doing the live chat with clietns,
