No option to download materials or textures

Hi guys, I'm new to this site so it's totally possible that I'm missing something, but as the title says, I can't find the files for materials/textures on many of the assets that I want to download. I can download the 3D asset fine (Usually .FBX as I'm using UE4), but the only files available to download are the 3D assets. I thought maybe the materials would be included and populate once downloaded, but nope, it's just a material-less 3D model. If I open the static mesh in the viewport, I can see all the slots for the materials and they're each individually named, so they were built with materials in mind. Am I missing something or is there some way to get the materials that I'm not aware of? Below are 2 examples to show what I'm talking about. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply! So the .zip file is the textures, is that common? I can't think of what extensions I'm used to seeing for textures, but .zip doesn't seem like it. Anyway, thanks again!
