No me deja descargar archivos

Yo tenía el mismo problema, pero me cambie de navegador y si pude bajar lo que necesitaba

Intenten en otro navegador a mi ya me funciono!

Hola. A mi me sucede lo mismo.
Incluso hablé con un amigo mío en Estados Unidos y cuando lo descarga y le da abrir sale en blanco.
La verdad no sé.
