No images after updating my product

After I added some tags to my exsisting models all images are missing. This happens with two models so for now I'm not making any changes anymore. Anyone know why this happens?

Can I keep my exsisting models or do I need to upload them again? Would be nice if you let me know once the problem is fixed.

Hi Guys, sorry for any inconvenience caused of this bug, we already working on it and it should be fixed in a couple hours.

yes that happened to me too ! i ended up deleting two models and re uploading them again ! this sucks too much ! i hope cgtrader fix this soon !
