My model has been pending for 1 week

Hello,
On monday, I have uploaded the first models on my site. Models get pending status, and now, after 7 days it still have not been publicated. I am not sure, if there is something wrong with them, or i just should wait a little bit longer. what should I do now?

Check with support@cgtrader.com. Sometimes things get stuck in the queue or missed.
