Model score equal to 0

Hi,

After I'v added my second model in cgtrader, it take 7.8 score in My model list

But the problem is that the same model take 0 score in "Avg. Publishing Score" in dashboard and 0 score in models improvements.

I'v waited for 3 days cuz I thought that i was just bug but it did't have changed.

Is deleting this model and re uploading it can solve the problem or there are any others solutions ?
