i had the same issue it was pressing th e e check box

check u havent pressd mistake check adult content btn - nudity that can make filed be in pending mode

Did it say "pending label"? Never saw that before either. If it's pending review, then perhaps there's a word in the keywords or description or title that triggered a flag for review. It shouldn't be a big deal but it might not get reviewed until Monday or so.
