Lamborghini models

I think you dont understand what I wrote, no offense :) They remove my lambo models and stated that problem is copyright violation. That is not the problem at all, I'll remove them by myself if that's the case. The reason why I opened this topic is that I think is not fair to remove a number of models and than keep some that also violate copyright in full scale (Badges, logos, names etc - look at links provided). To me it looks like a cheap try to keep geeting money and at the same time lower the chance of copyright violation. The other thing that I want to point out is that I report, on purpose, a single stolen 3d model 10 times in a row and cg don't do anything about it. I know where model came from and who is author. But model is still on sale on cgtrader, but it is selling , lets say under high profile seller.

I had tried a search with the keyword "Lamborghini" when I wrote my reply and there were no results. Tried the same on TS and there was only one, so I decided it's a global takedown similar to BMW. Also noticed your examples in the first post didn't had that exact keyword (some had it with typo) and presumed that is the reason they were not removed. If it's not a global takedown I don't see why CGT will target only you if there is no other reason - it makes no sense. As for the model you had reported without results: can you send me the link + the source on PM?

I agree with that, but I doubt CGT will deliberately miss some models. They will not earn much from ~$20 models anyway.. definitely not enough to cover the expenses if Lamborghini lawyers decide to sue them. :]

I agree, that would be great. But all of that copyright thing too me look like a mess, because someone said on other topic here that Ford is now exclusive on other site, so you can't put Ford but you can put Shelby. I know that Ferrari don't like it either too but Ferrari models are still on sale on cgtrader. It also look like that Mercedes doesn't care because merc models are all over the place, I think merc once said that they don't care because they think it's a good marketing thing for them. BMW think it's not, you can put Audi but can't put Lambo etc..

The thing is, they can also change their mind anytime they want, because it's their trademark.
