I cant withdraw money

My model sold on 20th February and now is 4-th April. Why I can't withdraw my money on PayPal? How it works? Where's a button to withdraw?

Please suggest me a solution

Payment is the 20th the month after, so if you sold a model November 12th you should receive the money around 20th December.
