I am not receiving my payment

every month my payment is being postponed until the 20th of the next month. this is causing me to lose all confidence in the platform, I already have more than the amount needed to be able to receive, my payment settings are correct for months and I never even receive my payment. I already sent a message for support but I still haven't received any feedback. I really need that money

Hi there,
Thank you for contacting us.
You have not been paid because your payment agreement has not been confirmed. Your payment agreement was not confirmed, as it was not passed to our payments team due to the date of birth written in the incorrect format: Please update the date to YYYY-MM-DD (e.g. 1990-11-20). The Payment Agreements are being reviewed within 2 weeks from the upload/update date

I dont sell ready-made models. i work as a freelancer at cg trader, both for clients and for the company itself
